How Long Before I Receive My Order?
We aim to despatch your order on the next working day.
Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery times are:
UK
Standard Delivery (1st Class post): 2-3 working days from order date
Recorded Delivery*: 2-3 working days from order date
Next Working Day Delivery*: You will receive your order next day as long as your order is placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm may take up to 2 working days. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
* Please note: this option requires a signature upon delivery
EUROPE
Standard Airmail: within 5 working days from order date
Signed for Airmail*: within 5 working days from order date

REST OF THE WORLD
Standard Airmail: between 5 - 10 working days from order date
Signed for Airmail*: between 5 - 10 working days from order date

If for any reason we are out of stock of any items you’ve ordered, a member of our Customer Care Team will immediately contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund.

To make shopping with us more enjoyable, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Our shipping charges by region are:
UK
Standard Delivery : FREE on all purchases over £15.00 and £1.95 on orders less than £15.
1st Class Recorded Delivery: £1.00
Next Working Day Delivery: £4.95
EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD
Standard Airmail: FREE on all purchases over £15.00 and £2.95 on orders less than £15.
Signed for Airmail: £6.95
How Will My Order Be Sent?
You can select from the following shipping options during the checkout process:
UK
Standard Delivery: 1st Class Post. This option is FREE for orders over £15 and £1.95 for orders less than £15.
Recorded Delivery*: Upgrade to this option for £1.00. We recommend this service as it provides additional security.
Next Working Day Delivery*: UK customers can upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery during the checkout process for an additional £4.95. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), will be despatched for Next Working Day delivery.
* Please note this option requires a signature. We ask that customers ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Royal Mail undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery.
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD**
Standard Airmail: This option is FREE for orders over £15 and £2.95 for orders less than £15.
Signed for Airmail*: Upgrade to this option for £6.95. We recommend this option as your goods will be insured against loss.

If you would like your order shipped via a courier service such as UPS please contact us by email when you place your order.
** If a customs certificate is required for shipping we mark the goods as "clothing".
