We hope that you are happy with the quality and fit of your item(s). However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to us as long as they are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
How Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 28 days. Please note: we don’t refund postage and packing costs unless we have made a mistake.
Return postage for UK customers is FREE - simply use the FREEPOST address below.
Please fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice or write out the details on paper and include this with your return parcel:
Order number (this can be found on the top of your invoice) Name Address Email Address Your Requirements - i.e. refund or exchange Please also help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong colour, too big, too small, etc.
We offer a freepost returns address which is generally adequate for returning one or two items. However, for your security we highly recommend using recorded or registered post to return items to us. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.
