Here at KnickerPicker we aim to give you a totally new shopping experience. In addition to the obvious novelty of ‘real’ models in three different sizes & shapes we also try to give you a better shopping experience by fulfilling your order through our delivery partners who have proven expertise in getting the stuff you’ve ordered to you quickly and efficiently.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, ‘try on’ whatever stuff you like the look of and then add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket.
You’ll see that all the details pop up in the right hand box – allowing you to be sure that these are what you wanted before you checkout.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be directed to our website delivery partner BeCheeky.com who will then ask for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that BeCheeky.com has received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between both parties. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery of your stuff
Delivery and Gift Wrap Options Standard Delivery; UK deliveries are dispatched by First Class post, International deliveries are sent by Airmail.
Next Working Day: UK customers can upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery during the checkout section for an additional £4.95. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery that will need to be signed for on delivery. Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday except Public Holidays, will be despatched for next working day delivery (subject to availability).
International Customers; if you would like your order shipped via a courier service such as UPS please contact us by email when you place your order. If a customs certificate is required for shipping we mark the goods as "clothing".
We aim to despatch your order on the next working day. If for any reason we are out of stock we will immediately contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund. Delivery/shipping times will vary but here is a guide for our Standard Service:
UK First Class post - approx 1 to 2 days
Europe by airmail - approx 2 to 5 days
Rest of the World by airmail - 5 to 15 days, depending upon local conditions and Customs.
Signed for items: Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Royal Mail undertakes to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. Neither KnickerPicker nor BeCheeky can accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received.
Back Orders
To ensure prompt delivery of your order we keep 95% of our lines in stock, however on occasion items may become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. All orders are taken subject to availability of stock; if the item you have selected is not available we will offer you the choice of a full refund, or an alternative item.
Tax Charges
All prices include17.5% VAT.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Credit card details are never received or held by KnickerPicker.com or BeCheeky.com. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
